     Charles Joseph King III, but everyone calls me "Charlie".  As a San Jose native raised in the Willow Glen area until 1978, I then moved with my family to the Almaden Valley.  You could say Real Estate runs in my family.  In 1975 my father began selling Real Estate in San Jose and is currently a Real Estate Broker in California and Hawaii, specializing in San Diego, Palm Desert and Oahu.  My brother and sister are both in New Home Sales for major builders in the Silicon Valley.

     I began my Real Estate career in 1992.  When I joined Contempo Realty in 1994 I did more sales volume of any new agent in the Almaden office which won me the award, "Rookie of the Year".  Since then I have increased my sales volume at over 200% per year.

     When I joined Intero Real Estate in 2004 I was one of the first agents hired into the brand new company which has now become the #1 company in the Silicon Valley.  In 2004 and 2005 I did more sales volume out of the 80 agents in the San Jose office which won me the award, "#1 Top Producer".  I was also acknowledged as being in the top 5% of all Real Estate Professionals in Santa Clara County.

     My philosophy about Real Estate is quite simple.  "In every situation, I put myself in my clients shoes.  I treat the transaction as though it was my own".

     I have over 18 years of Real Estate experience in all of Silicon Valley.  It is my experience you will draw upon to find the ingredients for success.
