I just wanted to say Thank You for the wonderful experience we've had working with Charlie King. He made buying a house such an easy thing to do. I met Chrlie back in 1996. He took the time to write letters to all the homeowners that lived in a particular area i was interested in. Sure enough we got two responses back, and needless to say I was moving in 30 days later. Just after the new year of 2000, my husband and I were thinking about moving into a larger home. The phone rang and it was Charlie wishing us a Happy New Year! What perfect timing. Within a couple of days. he sent us a packet with listings that would interest us. Within 1 week, we found our dream house. We then had Charlie put our existing home on the market.
